The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT Reia, in collaboration with the Fairfield County Real Estate Investors Association, or FCREIA, announces its quarterly meeting FCREIA. The event will be held 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. Save Westy Self, 2070 Kings Highway, Fairfield, CT. Admission to this event is free for members Reia CT and not yet enrolled.
Fairfield County Reia quarterly meetings are a great opportunity for investors to communicate with other investors in Lower Fairfield County and New Haven County. Participants are encouraged to bring business cards, promotions, and the team of professionals. Westy staff will help participants with any of their needs for this meeting. Coffee, cakes, cheese, crackers, and other delicacies are also served. One of the speakers of this event will be Ted Lanzaro, Jr., a CPA, CFE, and CrFA Lanzaro CPA LLC. He will teach participants how to use componentization to reduce income taxes. The topics discussed include Ted: What componentization is why it is a great tool for the taxation of savings; When is the ideal time to build a modular, componentization How can increase depreciation and reduce taxes, how to get immediate tax relief for fixing up rental property, such as loss of rental may be used to offset income;. Other The other keynote speaker at the event will be Laura Treonze, a real estate investor and Gold Coast Investment Group at Keller Williams Realty. Laura will teach participants the techniques to obtain the conversion and does not cost real estate leads. Laura will share techniques for growing data banks of the buyer and seller.
