Author The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT Reia, in collaboration with Al Aiello, announced in March 2011 CT Reia monthly meeting. The event will be held Monday, March 21, 2011, 17:30 to 21:00 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 100 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT. The event is free for CT Reia, and not yet enrolled. Al Aiello is a national speaker who specializes in the protection of wealth. E ‘teaching dynamic strategies for reducing taxes, immunity of IRS audit, agency structure and law enforcement assets of investors and entrepreneurs. There has been an investor for over 30 years. He got his first real estate license and went on to millions of dollars of real estate agency. He then passing the CPA for the first time a goal is not easy. Then, he took a Masters in Taxation graduated with highest values in this rigorous program. E ‘was immediately hired as an assistant professor where he taught partnerships, corporations, asset protection and estate taxation (a course that has created and developed suggested). There has been an entrepreneur since 1980, having also had his study of taxation, specializing in real estate and IRS representation. As a national speaker with courses of study at home, thousands of students across the country and using strategies to pay little or no tax, audit-proof their claims against the IRS and to protect their goods. The meeting participants will learn: how to avoid high costs and fear of control strategies to test the IRS, when it’s time to submit your best; Strategies to reduce the tax on private property, ownership and management, tax deductions for depreciation of land and housing-related items, tax reduction strategies at the disposal of property, and many others. Al Aiello will share his experience and extensive research in order to be able to help participants pay little or no taxes legitimate, regardless of their financial situation. The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT Reia, in collaboration with the Fairfield County Real Estate Investors Association, or FCREIA, announces its quarterly meeting FCREIA. The event will be held 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. Save Westy Self, 2070 Kings Highway, Fairfield, CT. Admission to this event is free for members Reia CT and not yet enrolled.
Fairfield County Reia quarterly meetings are a great opportunity for investors to communicate with other investors in Lower Fairfield County and New Haven County. Participants are encouraged to bring business cards, promotions, and the team of professionals. Westy staff will help participants with any of their needs for this meeting. Coffee, cakes, cheese, crackers, and other delicacies are also served. One of the speakers of this event will be Ted Lanzaro, Jr., a CPA, CFE, and CrFA Lanzaro CPA LLC. He will teach participants how to use componentization to reduce income taxes. The topics discussed include Ted: What componentization is why it is a great tool for the taxation of savings; When is the ideal time to build a modular, componentization How can increase depreciation and reduce taxes, how to get immediate tax relief for fixing up rental property, such as loss of rental may be used to offset income;. Other The other keynote speaker at the event will be Laura Treonze, a real estate investor and Gold Coast Investment Group at Keller Williams Realty.
